What Should You Upload?
Eligible wardrobe items
Shirts, pants, shorts, dresses, blouses, sweaters, and light jackets. These everyday items require high-quality photos to be categorized and processed into your digital inventory. 1 pair of shoes & backpacks are considered an item.Â
Undergarments & Socks
Boxers, bras, and other undergarments do not need to be photographed. Socks are not counted as an item, so they do not affect your promotional item total.  Simply report quantities in your questionnaire.

Is the initial request free?
Yes, setting up your account is completely free. Plus, our current promotion provides complimentary shipping across all 50 states for Medium and Large digital closets during your first month.
How many items can I upload?
It depends on the digital closet size you select.

Small Closet: Up to 25 itemsÂ
Medium Closet: Up to 50 itemsÂ

Large Closet: Up to 100 items — designed for a substantial, full-scale wardrobe that needs comprehensive digital organization and management.

Do I need to photograph undergarments?
No, you don't need photos for those. To qualify for our shipping deal, you must maintain an active NSU membership and have items stored at an approved local facility. Shipping begins once your wardrobe is fully digitized and categorized by our team.
When will I hear from NSU?
Our team typicaly reaches out within one business day of your submission. We will walk you through the approval process to ensure your clothing is stored with a local provider and fully categorized before your digitized shipping benefits begin.
