Items to Ship to NSU?
Accepted garment types
Tops, bottoms, outerwear, and dresses. These standard pieces require high-res imagery for categorization within our Marketplace ecosystem. Note that one pair of shoes or a bag counts as a single item.
Basics & Small Items
Intimate apparel and hosiery do not require photography. Socks are exempt from your item count and won't impact your plan limit. Simply list the totals in your intake form.

Yes, starting your NSU profile is free. Our promotion also covers shipping nationwide for Medium and Large tiers during your first month for all Marketplace members.
What is the item capacity?
Capacity is based on your NSU Marketplace selection.
Small: 25 items
Medium: 50 items
Large: 100 items – designed for full wardrobe transitions needing the complete NSU management suite.
Do basics need to be photographed?
No photos needed for those. To access Marketplace shipping perks, keep an active NSU account and store goods at our hubs. Benefits apply once our team completes the digitization phase.
When will NSU contact me?
Our Marketplace staff typically replies within 24 hours. We will guide you through the intake to ensure your items are placed with a local provider before your digital benefits activate.
